In the fall of 2019 I made a series of paintings and drawings while I was living on a sustainable farm and art residency just outside of Marrakech, Morocco, called Sanctuary Slimane. All of the paintings and drawings were done from observation. I traveled with these artworks back to my home in New York City and developed them further into another project that is archived on this website: Sustainable Paintings, which involves sculptural installations and a collaboration with photogrpaher and filmmaker Craig Scheihing.
paintings are roughly 32” X 36”, the two waterscapes are 18” X 24” and the drawings are 48” X 44”
